We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Please contact us to request a return before shipping any items back. Items sent back without prior approval will be rejected and returned to sender. Original shipping charges and return postage fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping is completely free.
  • Standard Returns / Change of Mind: For standard returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale / Discounted Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance sales cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Customer misuse: Items damaged through customer misuse, alteration, or intentional neglect
  • Intimates / Underwear / Bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, masks, and socks cannot be returned once opened or worn.
  • Incorrect Information: resulting from incomplete or inaccurate checkout information provided by the customer, such as:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses (missing unit/suite numbers, wrong ZIP code)
    • Invalid email addresses or phone numbers
    • Unverified billing or contact details

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at noideasincorp@gmail.com.
